સુમિટોમો મિત્સુઇ ફાઇનાન્સિયલ ગ્રુપે SMFG ઇન્ડિયા ક્રેડિટમાં રૂ. 1,300 કરોડનું રોકાણ કર્યું
મુંબઇ, 7 મે, 2024: સુમિટોમો મિત્સુઇ ફાઇનાન્સિયલ ગ્રુપ ઇન્ક (SMFG)એ SMFG ઇન્ડિયા ક્રેડિટ કુ. લિમીટેડ (અગાઉ ફુલરટોન ઇન્ડિયા ક્રેડિટ કું. લિમીટેડ તરીકે જાણીતી) (SMICC)માં રાઇટ્સ ઇસ્યુ મારફતે રૂ. 1,300 કરોડનુ રોકાણ કર્યુ છે. SMICCએ પોતાની સંપૂર્ણ માલિકીની SMFG ઇન્ડિયા હોમ ફાઇનાન્સ કુ. લિમીટેડ (અગાઉની ફુલરટોન ઇન્ડિયા હોમ ફાઇનાન્સ કું. લિમીટેડ) (SMFG ગૃહશક્તિ)માં રૂ. 150 કરોડનું રોકાણ કર્યુ છે. Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Japan invests INR 1,300 crore in SMFG India Credit to fuel growth.
આ પ્રગતિ પર ટિપ્પણી કરતા SMICCના ચિફ ફાઇનાન્સિયલ ઓફિસર શ્રી પંકજ મલિકએ જણાવ્યું હતુ કે,“અમે માનીએ છીએ કે SMFG દ્વારા રૂ. 1,300 કરોડનું ભંડોળ ઉમેરણ SMICC માટે અગત્યની ક્ષણ છે. આ વ્યૂહાત્મક પગલું અમારા વિસ્તરણ પ્રયત્નોને મજબૂત બનાવવા પર ભાર મુકે છે. SMICCએ SMFG ગૃહશક્તિમાં રૂ. 150 કરોડનું રોકાણ કર્યુ છે,
જેથી દેશમાં વંચિત વસ્તી માટે પોષણક્ષમ હાઉસિંગ ધિરાણ ઉકેલના પ્રયત્નમાં વધારો કરી શકાય. આ ઉમેરણ સાથે, અમે અમારી બજાર હાજરીને વિસ્તૃત કરવા માટે તેમજ ટકાઉ વૃદ્ધિને આગળ ધપાવવા અને ગ્રાહકો માટે મૂલ્ય સર્જન માટે સજ્જ છીએ.”
SMICCની સંચાલન હેઠળની અસ્કયામત (એયુએમ) 31 ડિસેમ્બર 2023ના રોજ રૂ. 42,487 કરોડની હતી, જે વાર્ષિક ધોરણે 24%ની વૃદ્ધિ દર્શાવે છે. એપ્રિલ 2023થી ડિસેમ્બર 2023 દરમિયાન કરાયેલ રૂ. 28,790 કરોડનું ડીસ્બર્સમેન્ટ વાર્ષિક ધોરણે 45%ની વૃદ્ધિ દર્શાવે છે. કંપનીએ દેશભરમાં 990 શાખાઓ સુધી પોતાની હાજરી વિસ્તારી છે.
