AMA awarded “Ramanbhai Patel-AMA Shreshtha Shikshak Award 2023” to two Teachers for Excellence in Education
Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) has established “The Ramanbhai Patel-AMA Centre for Excellence in Education” for promoting excellence in Education and since 2003 felicitates “Shreshtha Shikshak Award” to educators for their contributions in the educational sector.
On the occasion of teacher’s day celebration, today “Ramanbhai Patel-AMA Shreshtha Shikshak Award 2023” was awarded to Ms. Kailashben Prabhubhai Jadav, Shri Kanaiyabe Group Primary School, Bhuj, Kutch and Ms. Hasti Chandwani, Zebar School for Children, Thaltej, Ahmedabad for their excellent work in education.
The Chief Guest Dr. Shamsher Singh, IPS, DGP & Director Anti Corruption Bureau, Gujarat State; and the Guest of Honour Prof. B.H. Jajoo, Former Professor and Dean at IIM, Ahmedabad (India), and IT Consultant graced the presentation ceremony. Dr. Savan Godiawala, President of AMA and Mr. Deevyesh Radia, Past President AMA addressed and said that “AMA is committed to continue the legacy of Dr. Vikram Sarabhai.
Teachers play a significant role in bringing out the best in individuals and continuing education plays a key role in achieving excellence in our lives. AMA honored senior faculty members of AMA i.e. Dr. Shailesh Thaker, Mr. S.V. Modi, Mr. Suhayl Abidi, and Mr. Jayesh Ganatra for their invaluable contributions and a long association with AMA.
