GCCI session on “The Growth Mindset – Driving Your Business Forward” held
Ahmedabad, GCCI, along with its Business Women Committee and with the support of Startup Committee and MSME Committee organized a session on “The Growth Mindset – Driving Your Business Forward”. The Guest Speaker on the occasion was renowned Leadership Coach and entrepreneur Shri Shyam Taneja.
Welcoming the participants on the occasion GCCI President Shri Sandeep Engineer emphasised the importance of “Growth Mindset” to achieve success in any enterprise. He remarked that there is a special power in our positive attitude and approach.
He expressed confidence that the growth mindset of our entrepreneurs and our nation will lead us towards becoming a 7 trillion-dollar economy and a developed nation.
In his presentation Shri Shyam Taneja mentioned that “Growth Mindset” is fundamental to our personal development as also to achieve success. The spirit of “I Can” & “I Will” will lead us to remarkable success.
The attitude of taking responsibility and being accountable will help us to grow in our different ventures. He remarked that even failure is an achievement since it teaches us something. One should replace the word “Failure” with “Unsuccessful Attempt”. Every crisis has a build-in opportunity.
