uppercase Expands Footprint in Ahmedabad, Taking a Step Closer to 100-Store ambition

Ahmedabad: uppercase, the innovative homegrown and sustainable luggage brand, is excited to unveil  its new  offline store in Ahmedabad. Located at Nexus One Ahmedabad Mall, Vastrapur, the store will showcase uppercase’s exceptional and eco-conscious collection designed for today’s modern travelers.

The store was inaugurated by Sudip Ghose, Founder and Managing Director of uppercase,  where he delivered a keynote address and shared insights into the brand’s journey toward a more sustainable future. He further emphasized how these stores will serve as platforms to promote sustainable living and inspire positive change.  This opening is part of the brand’s plan to expand to 100 exclusive stores across India within the next two years.

The company  is dedicated to developing eco-friendly products using recycled materials, with a focus on reducing waste and conserving natural resources through sustainable manufacturing practices. To date, the brand’s efforts have led to significant environmental savings equivalent to 185,881 kg of carbon emissions, 41,094 liters of oil, the recycling of 2.33 million plastic bottles, and 8.4 Lakhs of polycarbonate mobile cases.

With ambitious expansion plans, uppercase is poised to capture a significant share of the rapidly growing ₹10,000 crore backpack market in India. The brand currently operates 1,600 points of sale across India and plans to increase this to 4000 points of  sale in the coming years.
