Gandhinagar, Launch to Empower Women a significant step forward particularly in the realm of Skill Development. Initiated by LSSSDC & Amneal Pharmaceuticals being implemented at IAR, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Amneal is taking meaningful actions to foster a more diverse workforce with impactful and sustainable initiatives. They are committed to increase the women employment within its workforce, based on a three-pronged approach of Hiring, Career development & Culture.

The program is industry specific designed by LSSSDC experts along with Amneal QA & QC subject experts, includes 3 months training with weekly Industry Visits, designed to provide participants with Practical, Hands-on experience, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet Industry standards. It highlights the crucial role of Academia – Industry (AI) collaboration. The partnership between LSSSDC, Amneal & IAR demonstrates a shared commitment to advancing Skill development and promoting gender equality within the workforce.
