Reserve Bank of India Celebrates 90th Anniversary with Nationwide RBI90Quiz
Ahmedabad, Gujarat – November 18, 2024 – The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is commemorating the 90th year of its operations this year. As part of the series of events being held throughout the year to mark this milestone, the Bank has launched the RBI90Quiz, a nationwide general knowledge-based quiz competition aimed at undergraduate students.
The RBI90Quiz is a team-based contest, being held in multiple stages. The online phase was conducted from September 19-21, 2024. Based on the performance in the online phase, college teams were selected for participation in State-level rounds. The State-level round of the RBI90Quiz for Gujarat and UT of DNH and DD is scheduled to be conducted on November 19, 2024 at Hotel Hyatt Regency, Ahmedabad, where 180 students (90 teams) will compete. Prizes for the top three teams are of ₹2 lakh, ₹1.5 lakh, and ₹1 lakh, respectively.
The winning team will compete in the Zonal round, which will take place on December 03, 2024 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The national final will be held at Mumbai in December 2024.
