Sujit Kumar assumed charge as the Collector of Ahmedabad District

Ahmedabad, Shri Sujit Kumar assumed charge as the Collector and District Magistrate of Ahmedabad District. On this occasion, the officers of various departments of the Collector’s office, including the Resident Additional Collector, welcomed the Collector by giving him a bouquet and conveyed their best wishes.

It is worth mentioning here that Shri Sujit Kumar is an IAS officer of the year 2010 cadre. Originally from Bihar, Shri Sujit Kumar holds the degrees of B.A, M.A and M.phil. Shri Sujit Kumar has served as the Personal Secretary (PS) to the Vice President and Union Ministers. He was last serving as the Bhavnagar Municipal Commissioner. Having served as a civil servant for the last 15 years, Mr. Sujit Kumar has extensive experience in administration.
