“Week long Induction program “Saksham 2024” held at Shanti Business School”

Ahmedabad, Shanti Business School marked the beginning of the Management Education Journey of the PGDM cohort 2024-26 with the Induction Program Saksham 2024. The program was attended by 234 students with full excitement & vigour.
Saksham, the Induction program of Shanti Business School is organized to enhance the potential of the students to not only make them industry-ready professional and Society-ready Citizens with leadership Mindsets. This year the focus is on taking responsibility to change oneself to become a leader.
The program started with an address by the Director of SBS – Dr. Neha Sharma. She said SBS will strive to make you decision makers and impact creators in these two years, she also emphasized on the importance of learning, unlearning and relearning in life
On this occasion, Mr. Vishal Chiripal – Promoter, Chiripal Group, and Trustee – Chiripal Charitable Trust said it is important to become socially responsible because its our duty to give back to the society.
Dr. Rohit Singh, Director – Center of Management Education, All India Management Association (AIMA) & Mr. Siddhartha Nangia, Co-founder Smytten was the Guest of honor. In his address, Mr Rohit Singh talked about the importance having a vision in life and becoming a better version of yourself with each passing day.
Mr. Siddhartha Nangia said that along your routine work in what kind of activities you involve yourself decides your life ahead, our habits actually nourishes our life. Key Note Speakers Mr. Nishit Saigal, Founder and Managing Director of S&S Super Brands and Dr Himanshu Buch, International Motivational Speaker & Zen Coach talked about building resilience in life through energy, passion and intense reading.
The one-week induction program “Saksham” organized various activities like Industry expert sessions, Team building activities, Learning through drama and theatre, mental and physical fitness sessions, Ahmedabad City Heritage Tour and Visit Blind People’s Association.
