Ahmedabad Couple Turns Early Struggles in the UK into Inspiring Success Story

AAVIOR offers a holistic approach by providing free admission support, visa documentation, and guidance on accommodation, part-time work, and cultural adjustment
London, Ahmedabad can proudly celebrate Aarti and Hardik Modasiya, whose journey in the United Kingdom is a story of courage, resilience, and vision. When they landed in the UK in 2022, they faced cultural shocks, sleepless nights, and survival jobs. Three years later, they run AAVIOR a company, officially registered in the UK, helping international students start their UK journey on stronger ground.
“The first two to three months were the hardest,” recalls Aarti. “Everything was unfamiliar, and without the right support, it felt overwhelming. What kept us going was the belief that we could turn this struggle into growth.” The idea of going back to India crossed their minds more than once.
She remembers spending evenings poring over university assignments while simultaneously figuring out part-time job options. Hardik, meanwhile, juggled night shifts at a grocery store while sending out countless applications, determined to find a role that aligned with his professional aspirations.
That persistence paid off. Hardik eventually secured a position as a Registry Officer at a college, a turning point in their journey. Aarti went on to join the London Fire Brigade in HR, one of the UK’s most respected public organizations. She also collaborated on research projects, winning recognition as the Best Presenter at the ROGE-25 Conference at Oxford University. Today, she teaches as a lecturer at a UK university, guiding students both academically and personally.
Motivated by their own lived experiences, the couple founded AAVIOR, a company dedicated to helping students secure direct admissions in UK universities. But what sets them apart is their holistic approach. Unlike typical agencies, AAVIOR doesn’t just help you land there, it provides free admission support, along with visa documentation and accommodation guidance to part-time work mentorship, wellbeing, and cultural adjustment.
“Every struggle we faced from shared flats and confusing paperwork to the loneliness of cultural differences became a lesson,” says Aarti. “Through AAVIOR, we want to ensure students focus on growth, not just survival.”
