Ahmedabad, On 6th September 2023, an engaging session featuring Director General of Police (Police Reforms) Shree Anil Pratham was conducted at Indus University in collaboration with Western India Institute of Aeronautics PVT. LTD (WIIIA).
The session, attended by more than 500 students from various disciplines and 100 esteemed faculty members, focused on the Suraksha Setu Society initiative by Gujarat Police. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between Gujarat Police and the citizens of the state, contributing to a safer and more harmonious society.
Suraksha Setu Society, an ambitious endeavour by Gujarat Police, was the central topic of discussion during the session. Director General of Police (Police Reforms) Shree Anil Pratham elaborated on the importance of this initiative and its role in fostering a stronger bond between law enforcement agencies and the people they serve. The session shed light on the collaborative efforts required to build a safer and more secure state and society.
The prestigious event was graced by the presence of key dignitaries, including Dr. Nagesh Bhandari and Dr. Ritu Bhandari, who hold esteemed positions at the Presidential Secretariat of Indus University. University officers were also in attendance to witness this enlightening session.
Miss Radhika Bhandari, Dean of Aviation at WIIIA, lent her support to the event and underscored the significance of such collaborative initiatives for the welfare of the community.
